The Other Ones Foundation (TOOF) Skills Center will being incredible resources to public as well as members of the Esperanza Community, a non-congregate emergency shelter complex for people experiencing chronic homelessness. The facility will be run by Austin Community College’s HVAC and welding technology program. The classrooms will be built using our Plugin House prefabricated building system to provide energy efficient teaching spaces.
